Re: Notch reveals new mob
Perhaps, since they seem to be some sort of shadow mob, light itself hurts them; even a torch could kill one.
Because I really can't see Notch making it so that a new mob could tear apart everyone's stuff block by block.
I think the creeper isn't going to be happy about competition...

Re: The Building Of the Imperial City: Now with moar work!
Aw. Thought we kept the cobble.
Still, if diamond tools are provided (which we can't take outside IC) and I can choose to keep the cobble for myself that's still better than using my own tools for cobble in my mines. I'm game.

Re: The Building Of the Imperial City: Now with moar work!
The payment info in that post is LONG overdue for a rewrite. It should say 1 diamond for a filled double box of Cobblestone (so 54 stacks). Obviously its a very lousy pay rate but Imperial City is mostly a Labour of Love and not about making money. Its at least somewhat of an incentive to keep goin...

Re: The Building Of the Imperial City: Now with moar work!
We also have a small incentive as well for the players who help, for every double box of cobble/dirt/gravel that is provided (ie placed in the warehouse with ur name on it) we give you a diamond, this is in conjunction with the tools we proved and the face that you can keep any and all ore that you...

If I remember correctly, IC was supposed to get its own world; did that happen, and if so, how do we go to it?
Edit: Nevermind, I just read Infes's post.

I don't see why that's notably funny.

Re: My current crazy solo project.
I was going to go for a flat bridge, with arches and support beams underneath. The support beams obviously have nothing to support themselves on, so I was going to, from the top down, use smooth->cobble->mossy to give it the appearance of crumbling away. That's a great idea, sounds awesome; I'm sur...
