Regretfully, no. Weregonian maybe, but Lycanthropy cures any dieseases you have at the time of first transformation and from that point you're immune to Blood-Sucker-itus. Beware the House of Horrors bug, more often than not you'll become locked inside and have to reload a save. Fortunately, Skyrim keeps track of your last three quicksaves - however, if you enter and exit the house before succumbing to the glitch, then you're screwed. I have to reload a save and lose...
