Depends but for every 16 brown wool i'll pay 1 diamond & 20 iron but i can change it depending on what you want for them, but i'm not sure how much cocoa beans are.

because Coco Beans are theoretically rarer than Diamonds?

also 2 diamonds per 16 brown wool sounds ok?

81.84% percent of sheep are white, and 64 white wool sells for 1 diamond; only 3% of sheep are brown, so therefore, 64 brown wool should be worth 27.28 diamonds.
