Seems like a lot of information to have to give just to enter a lottery. Why vets only? Why is being part of a town relevant? Is a background check really necessary for something like this?

*Must be a 35hr Vet (the way it should be) (must be confirmed by a Mod)

You can look this up for yourself on the stats page. Easier than bothering a Mod. Again, not sure why playtime is important for a lottery.

It's your contest though I guess, you can run it however you want to.

Why vets? Few reasons. IMO donating isn't worth it until you have made Vet anyway. So why would I give it to a non Vet. 35 hrs because I still believe that is how long it should take to make Vet.

Thanks for the heads up on the link. I tried searching for something like that but came up empty handed.

The town portion may be removed now that I think about it. Like you said, it is my contest. But I am open to suggestions.
