See? I told you the memory wiping worked! Admittedly it does make him derp more then others, but that's an acceptable side effect...

I like how you said that some people are to lazy to read the posts, and they would have to read the post to be insulted, which means that they aren't in the group of people being insulted. It is genius.

I know I'm really not active here much at the moment, mainly because I'm running a server with a 'friend' from Australia. We accidentally updated to 1.6, and oh god, it made me think of this thread.

I'm now stuck refreshing notch's twitter feed and bukkit's update page every five minutes. All of the players are frustrated, and I think I've been asked over a hundred times when factions will be back with the live map.

It's crazy! And a lot of work. But a lot of fun, too! :D

We have enough trouble here with people not being able to get on during an upgrade, and we actually warn the user base in advance. Can you imagine the chaos of trying to revert without being able to provide a link to the old version?

OP updated with another tidbit. I was re-reading our posts and knew I had another. I also love the quote for 2 years ago that I put in there...
Eventually bukkit will even be in a state that I'm happy with.
LOL, good times.
