I think what Aro means is that after retiring Terra (And our capital with it), the DSSR was considered finished, along with it's treaties and agreements. Essentially, new city, new treaty.

Also what Ziggylord means is that we were never saw the DSSR as finished and our treaties with you havent been altered at all, even if you have necro'd yourself and moved. If you still want some new resigning we can work something out

What invun said, Byroe and Vol have stated a few times that they have no real plan of returning in a hurry. If we did do something it probably wouldnt be as 'the ussr'

Anyway USSR was one of the best factions ever! You were either blowing stuff up or rebuilding it XD

@SMW A new town/faction/group/thingo/book club/cult/thing would be awesome. There's a shit ton of free room next to my giant twisting tower in West tolteca (which i should get back to finishing) Although i do need to remake the blue prints because i didnt back them up and my computer went kaput...
