I am planning to make a town in tolteca and I am considering trying to make it a part of branch scape once it is done. Does that sound cool?

Get the town set up to the br minimum requirements and create a forum page for it and we would be glad to review and welcome another town into the empire. The requirements are stated in the branchscape main post and are as follows:

The town at minimum will need to have a town cuboid, 5 or more residents, a
town hall, and basic facilities such as farms to join the empire.

Vict, I'm pretty sure a claim in tolteca's enough. (Tanis correct me if I'm wrong)

Town hall. There's one in br main. It's a building, like explaining the town rules, and a bit about the town.

You'd need the branchscape flag, (also main post) and trees always look nice! =D

You can still get town cuboids in tolteca. Just ask and a mod can remove the current claim over the area if there is one before creating the town cuboid.

All 3 of the claims can be removed to put the city cuboid in place. I'm sorry to say that vet cuboids cannot be city cuboids and you will have to pay the 3-10 diamond block fee based on the number of residents you have. Once you are up to br standards however, we can talk about helping you pay that if you don't have enough DB.

So once we pay the DB are we allowed to add more people to the cuboid? And also if you take the NE dragon travel you will be very close to my town-in-progress

Of course. The price on a town cuboid is only based on the number of players currently living in the town when you get it. This is to encourage you get it early. Makes things easier on the people that set it up. At least that's how I've always understood it.
