OH! Me! RTS is still my favorite genre of game!

Flonneshire Cathedral update #2:
Spoiler! :
Progress has been steady on the construction of St. Flonne's; we've moved out of the first phase of construction and are quickly tackling the second: the building's first floor. For those of you who missed the first update, I've included it below this one.

Below is a screenshot of the project at the end of it's first phase:
Image
For the completion of the first phase, I would like to thank Tothewhat for selling me the soil necessary to level out the area.

Next, we have a screenshot of the base outline of the Cathedral:
Image

Finally, I have provided a screenshot of the first walls of the building coming up:
Image
At this point, I would like to provide a HUGE thanks to both ilikefoxes666 and wtd21 for generously donating large amounts of material and for generally being such wonderful people!

This concludes the second update of the Flonneshire Cathedral Project. As always, comments and criticisms are welcomed and noted. Also, donations are also greatfully welcomed. So until next time escapians!

Flonneshire Cathedral Update #1:
Spoiler! :
Work on the Flonnshire Cathedral is still in it's early stages but here are a few early screenshots of the progress.
After must deforestation, the area which the building will take up has been boxed off. The base required an area of 47x100 blocks.

Here is an image of the area that has been cleared out, with a border of the required area outlined in dirt blocks. A small degree of flattening out has also been done.

Here is a screen shot of the completed work as of the second day of the project (Nov. 7, 2012). some more work has been done to level out the area, and torches have begun being placed in a 10x10 grid over the construction area.

As of right now, the project is in Phase 1, but all comments and feedback are welcome!
Orange and white, but not quite right.

I'm a massive fan of Dawn of War: Dark Crusade and have also played RoN and AoE.

Also minner, that cathedral looks amazing so far. Can't wait to see it completed.

My brain exploded. All I've done is made the outline of a 101 diameter circle and made a skeleton spawner grinder for skunk in the past 4 months.

Yes I can. Give me a minute. Minecraft log in servers are down now though.

M477 has decided to leave BR. He is still working as an admin on escapecraft however.

Announcement!

If you would like to be participating regularly in the branchscape steam group, these are the games we have listed as games we will be playing (This means installing them, or looking into obtaining them can be helpful). If there are other games you would like us to add to this list, please post them now.

Team Fortress 2 (Free)
Alien Swarm (Free)
Garry's Mod (~10$)
Killing Floor (~20$)

I would like to note that killing floor is loads of fun, but has gone on sale before for around 5 dollars. Waiting can often be fruitful.

Now with that over with, lets get some games going.
