Lol, I don't care if he is making a city with Vall, who is not actually my enemy element. By being the God of Ice, my domain also extends over the houses residing in the taiga. This means that the hearth fires and warmth inside those houses are also my domain, which means I don't mind lava. Besides, nothing can melt my ice, why would I care about lava.

Anways, to the point. I freeze sirrus's charred, mostly eaten remains inside a great iceberg. Instead of simply letting you drift, I then decide to prove a point and I have lava poured over the iceberg, which, if you were paying any attention at all, you would know can not melt, ever. I then pour water over the lava, turning it into stone, and then finish this all off by freezing the entire thing solid. Then, I use my powers over ice to lift the great chunk of rock and ice and lift it out of the ocean it was in. I then summon my special banhammer, the Ice Scepter of Frost, and stab the great chunk, condemning it and you to drift for eternity in the chilly void. Now begone!

The hill regenerates. Also the rules says that everyone wants the hill, not to destroy it. Using my thread powers, you have your ice hill, I have the real hill, all are happy.
