I'm in the gaming mood and need as many quality games for $30 games.
Don't need an RTS or MMO(cause minecraft is that, basically) So give me some options. Also, about to buy Stalker: SoC, in case anyone were to suggest that

I recommend Planescape: Torment if you haven't played it and enjoy a good storyline. Fairly old, but good game.

How is Minecraft an RTS?

If you give me $30, I'll make you a game? It can be anything you want!*

* Cannot actually be anything you want. I'm not a professional developer :D

That's the point I'm making... perhaps it's just written rather ambiguously.

Borderlands is around 15$, 34$ for the edition with all the DLC. Its pretty fun, and it has a high replay value. It should keep you entertained for a while. It's a RPG/FPS.

Killing Floor.

Probably the only game that I have ever played which seems to have unlimited replayability.

It also has an update coming out soon:

I really need to jump at this and play it before my boyfriend kills me or something >.>

But yes, I also recommend Planescape: Torment as does my Boyfriend.

In that list he gives a detailed list about why Planescape: Torment should be played. (Along with a few others)

Planescape: Torment - You cannot go wrong with this
Baldurs Gate 2 - You also cannot go wrong with this
Half-Life - Read above
S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadows of Chernobyl - What are you waiting for? I love this game. It's got everything; it's like a green text generator. It's fun, action packed, scary, and did I mention fun?
