You know those are easy scams right? Some of them are legit and will send you stuff (such as lockerz.com), but a lot are fake.
But even if they're not fake, this is how it works: You find a way to interest someone into looking at ads on your website by giving them points for whatever action they do. Once they have enough points they can redeem something. But by the time you get enough points to redeem anything, they will have made 4 or 5 times the amount of money they have to pay to send you the gift.
So then its all a question of how greedy the website is. Some will send you the promised macbook air because they already made 5000$ of ad revenue, while some won't send it, because after all.. isn't better the keep all the money to yourself?
Buy 5 macbook air. Have a 1000 people compete to get the points. Make $$$.
As for warmjelly or whatever, you just have to read their Terms to see its a scam:
