I hate Christmas

This song pretty much sums up how I feel about Christmas.

Two years ago, I announced to my whole family that I will no longer give any Christmas presents. It's just too much trouble, and the gifts that don't really mean anything.

It's the thought that counts, right? But, what if the thought is:
"Christmas time again! Once again I have to go shopping for cheap junk to give everyone I know, because some random dude was born, 2000 years ago! It's stupid, but everyone else is doing it, and if I don't want to look like a selfish prick, I have to this, too! Gaaah, I hate Christmas!".
Two years ago, I decided I didn't want to be part of this crap anymore. Of course, I enjoy spending the day together with the family. Over a nice meal. Or three.

Also, this is fucking hilarious. It's a man being interviewed on Danish television. He hates elves. Turn on the subtitles, or you won't understand what they're saying. I honestly think that people like this guy should not be allowed to have kids:

It beats Janurary, when NOTHING happens. But to me, Christmas is kind of weird. You wait and wait and then it's the 25th, and you hang around all day fiddleing with your new things, and then the next day(or a couple of days later) we all pack into the van and drive for six hours to the rest of my family. And thats why I LOVE my laptop. Sims and minecraft in the car! Plus it's good for aquiring a laptop, or a 1.5 terrabite hard drive.
