"What do I think? I think that someone's gonna come out here any second now," Julian whispered, "and blow your fucking head off!"
Gary simply smiled. "But who would come out, Julian? Why would anyone come out to see what's going on, if you haven't screamed yet?" He grinned. "But you wont scream, will you? Because you've got too much dignity. To die is one thing, but to scream for help, to let your boss down... that's a whole other thing, isn't it?"
Gary kicked Julian to the ground, who tried to hide his pain. With a grin, he pushed the glass up to Julian's face and dug in.

Lucia leaped up towards Alaitoc, ready to knock him to the ground, but instead received the butt of his gun to the face (-10HP). Stumbling back, Lucia wiped the blood from her mouth, quickly leaping back into action.
Alaitoc, seeing this as his chance, fired twice, both times missing Lucia due to her dodging and his nervousness. He was used to killing people that didn't expect it. Rarely where they trying to kill him too.
Lucia tackled him to the ground, punching him twice in the face, (-20HP) before he kicked her back and punched her (-10HP). He fumbled for his gun, but Lucia knocked it out of his hand, before pushing him down to the ground (-10HP). She jumped onto him and picked his head up, smacking it against the ground again (-20HP). She lifted his head up again, ready to smack it down for a final time, a fatal blow. Then, she heard the voice.
"Lucia!"
Sergei grabbed her, pulling her away from Alaitoc. "You can't bloody kill the fellow!"
"Why the hell shouldn't I?" she asked, staring at Alaitoc, who was now unconscious.
"Because you'll start a fucking war between Lombardi and this poor bastard's boss. Johnny Fermato isn't the type of guy we want shooting at us."
"If he employs scum bags like this," she spoke harshly, staring still at Alaitoc, "then I don't see why not."
She picked up the pistol that Alaitoc had dropped.

Lucia
a) Shoot Alaitoc.
b) Leave him.

I have one question though, who is Julian Davids and why am i trying to kill him?

Julian Davids is a minor character.
He made a brief appearance towards the end of act one, leading a team into Vincarto's HQ to cut the electricity. He's one of Elias Kindig and Luis Alejandros' top men.
You don't actually care about killing him. Gary actually just wants to cause trouble, as you said, and so he basically decided that Julian was too noble to give Gary any information, and therefore, he may as well harm Julian.
