If you could also not post stuff like "I'm still bleeding" in the actual story thread that'd be great >.>

Yup, like I said in the OP, don't do one line posts unless you have to.
Re: Clear Skies - Discussion Thread
Well, Koas never said who he healed and also I wanted my character to go afk in some hospital, but I guess i'll have to be active in the forums some more then.
It needs to be about, 20% cooler.

Kaos, vestis is several hundred thousand kilometers away from your character when the toroid, one the size of a small shuttle, is fired. It's getting a bit superman-ish around here.

Well you didn't exactly specify this now, did you.
My actions stand, and yes, Erika is slightly omnipotent at the moment.

Several hundred thousand kilometers away, the two phantoms set off to the Theron system, their madness was palpable.
Taken from the entry before the one I'm question.
Either way, I'm going to call bullshit on teleportation, time control, and other things that fall under the god powers domain. Choice it's skunk's, in the end.
Edit: meant to say superman syndrome-ish in my last post, ie the continual creation of new powers.

I'm happy for some powers, but teleportation is probably a bit too far.
Haven't actually read the new post yet, as I'm rather busy, about to get on a plane, but I will soon...

Oooh, right, sorry, I misread that. Thought she was talking to Vestis. I'll do a response later.

the main issue is the ability to control/reverse time, the teleportation thing seems to have been an issue clarity.
the problem that i have is that such powers create the opportunity to just dues ex machina out of every problem that arises, as has been happening for quite a bit.

Yeah... I'll be honest, I'm starting to get lost with all these powers, and yes, they do provide an option to just use powers and get out of every situation easily.
I mean, this is for you guys to enjoy, so what do you wanna do? I mean, is there some sort of story plot that could involve the powers being lost or decreased?

Re: Clear Skies - Discussion Thread
The way I had set it up to play out was either the military shows up and holds you in a guantanamo type thing, or whoever had the technology fixing power could manage to fix the support system and move it from there.
Suspense can't be created if kaos has omnipotence.
And syndrome's downside lies in the progression of emerging personalities. Ie: vestis to abyss to the guy who's name you don't know. There are several other personalities, if they can even be called that. Also the black eye he currently had it's related to the main consequence.

I suppose the negatives balance the advantages then... kind of.
Is it alright with you guys if we put this on hold for a few days, maybe a week? The Family has nearly reached the end of Act I, so I wanna focus on that, and I'll just write short posts here if I try. Once The Family is behind me, I can focus on this a bit more.

Cool with me, either way, if we go through with these story changes the thread will need to have a few posts cut.

Basically the issue arose after my last post, if everyone's good with that then we can keep the story moving on my end while the family finishes up the first act.

Update. Blank is now helping out with this. He has the power to add to the story and all that, basically, he's co-running it. This is just as I don't have as much time, but I don't wanna let this stop.

To be honest, I don't know. I'm gonna be away from tomorrow until Friday, so maybe not for a while. Blank has permission to continue the story, but I dunno if he's busy or not.

I'll try to get it going, but I'm still working with only a phone since the computer decided to code purple.
I'll try, no promises.

I had no intent of remaining in the Siren state, in fact, I had left it like that, so as to give Skunk a plot point, and use of my character while I was away for two weeks without internet access.Suspense can't be created if kaos has omnipotence.
